In connection with registering for and using the Service, you agree (i) to provide accurate, current and complete information about you and/or your organization as requested by ExamRobot; (ii) to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account; (iii) to maintain and promptly update any registration information you provide to ExamRobot, to keep such information accurate, current and complete; and (iv) to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. You will be deemed to have accepted the Terms if you view or use in any manner any content, information, courseware, products and services ("Services") provided or available on www.examrobot.com.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ExamRobot  and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions,or any claim that any service we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.

Pricing Policy

Once a learner buys a course at a price it cannot be changed for rest of the course period. In case of termination of your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees paid by you.

The fee for 1 year subscription is INR 499

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases and payments made will be final and non-refundable.The validity of package is mentioned at the time of purchase .  

Indian Law

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement. 

Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that use of the Website, the Services and the Courseware is at your sole risk. In no event will We, or Our affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, the Services or the Courseware. You agree that Our liability or the liability of Our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) in any way connected with the Services or the Courseware shall not exceed the fee You paid to Us for the particular/relevant package.
