Name the Indian financier who funded the building of the Bombay University clock tower.

The Rajabai Clock Tower, located in the Fort campus of the University of Mumbai, was funded by Premchand Roychand. Roychand was a prominent 19th-century businessman and a founding member of the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 1869, he donated ₹2,00,000 for the construction of the tower, requesting that it be named after his mother, Rajabai. As she was blind, the tower's hourly chimes helped her keep track of time for her meals without assistance. The tower was designed by the English architect Sir George Gilbert Scott, who modeled it on Big Ben in London. While Sir Cowasjee Jehangir Readymoney (Option A) was also a major philanthropist of the time, he funded the University's Convocation Hall. H.
