Which one of the following is a constitutional body?

Currently, both the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) and the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) are constitutional bodies. However, in the context of many competitive exam question banks (especially those reflecting papers prior to 2018), NCST is the standard answer.
