Which one of the following authorities CANNOT organize 'Lok Adalats'?

Under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the statutory power to organize Lok Adalats is specifically vested in certain legal services authorities. According to the Act, the State Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority, the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, the High Court Legal Services Committee, and the Taluk Legal Services Committee are the only bodies authorized to organize Lok Adalats at various intervals and locations [4]. These bodies are constituted to provide free legal aid and ensure justice for all as per Article 39A of the Constitution [5]. Panchayat Committees, while involved in local governance and dispute resolution through traditional or statutory Gram Panchayats, are not listed as authorities empowered to organize Lok Adalats under the 1987 Act [1]. Therefore, Panchayat Committees cannot organize Lok Adalats.
