Inclusion is the foundation of equality Amit - Despite of being world's largest democracy, do you think Rahul, that we are equal? Rahul - I'm having a mixed opinion in this regard. Amit - What's your opinion? share it with me. Rahul - Right to equality is our fundamental right & various govt.

policies and judiciary played an active role in ensuring it. Amit - But issues are still exist. Rahul - Yes, I'm agreeing to it. As a young, aware & educated citizen, let's discuss the reasons, challenges & its impact. Amit - Nice idea brother. Rahul - During Rig vedic times, society were egalitarian where everyone was equal. But as we moved towards sedentary lifestyle, the differences started & with time, it penetrated more deeper. Amit - Yes, I've studied the varna origin theory i.e. Purushasukta theory. Brahmins were originated from Head & having high status in society. Kshtriyas were from the arms & expected to defend people. Vaishyas were from thighs & engaged in trade & business. From the feet, shudhras emerged. They were ill-treated & expected to serve the upper 3 varnas. They live in the outskirts, not allowed to read, enter the public space & use them. Rahul - The atrocities towards the lower varnas & Brahminical supremacy leads to the emergence of various new ideas which later became religion like Buddhism. Amit - Despite of its novel idea behind its formation, the religion later bifurcated into various sects. Therefore, there is need to be more inclusive & open atmosphere. This applies not just on religion but country as well. Rahul - Yes. You're right. In our country, north-eastern states are fell neglected. They often complain the central govt. that they are the important part of India. Amit - Govt. is looking towards it through policies like look east. We are facing connectivity issues with them. 22 km narrow passage or 'chicken neck' connect India's other mainland with the north east. Rahul - This issue leads to India's defeat in 1962 Indo-China war. Therefore, A inclusive & holistic development is needed in north-eastern so that issues like manipur conflict i.e. ethnic issues between Kuki & meiti; AFSPA, Assam flood not affect their development process.

Tribes are dominated in north-eastern & other parts of country as well. They are become easy target of development. For developing a dam, tribals need to relocate to the place where they live from childhood. They are not allowed to use forest produce which are their homes. Various govt. schemes like PVTGs, PM JANMAN, Eklavya modal school assimilate them into the mainstream India. Inclusion of individual alone is not sufficient. For better development, one needs to inculcate environment as well. People are deteriorating the environment whose repurcursion are faced by us & environment. Noise pollution, Air pollution, water pollution, frequent landslides are the result of this. Natural disasters will happen & we don't have control over it but we further intensify it with unplanned development. Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) must be taken seriously & need to shift more towards the renewable source of energy otherwise we're creating trouble for us & it may be fatal. The situation of the hospital is even more worst. The infrastructure, facilities, doctor to patient ratio, equipments are not upto the avg. global standards. Despite giving injection in veins, a nurse has given injection in arteries of a girl which lead to spread of infection in her arm. The girl who came hospital for the cure of her headache, went home without arm as infection spread rapidly. The situation of govt. hospital are even worst. Primary healthcare centre (PHCs) don't have medicine & doctors. People are afraid of going to hospital due to its poor sanitation. The one who is rich can get better health facility in private hospital but what about the commoners, the vulnerables. They need to wait for long hours in queue in govt. hospital having very less facilities. Among them the vulnerable suffers most. The people belongs to SC/ST communities are one such examples. Despite having Prevention of SC & ST Atrocities Act, more than 90% of manual scavengers belongs to them.

They got the reservation for their upliftment. But the real issues lies in its implementation. sub-categorisation of SC & ST happens. The one who got benefitted from govt. policies & scheme not want others to utilise it. Rather, they tried to gain all the benefits to themselves. As a result, two groups in these category emerged. First, one who've taken all the benefits & still prevailing it and become part of mainstream. second, one who is neglected, still doing odd jobs, live a miserable life. Therefore, need to include them in mainstream so that they consider themselves as equal. Though they are getting political equality ie. One person, one vote but not social & economic equality. The women who is considered as most vulnerable section of society also wants to be a part of mainstream. They have given 33% reservation in local governance through 73rd & 74th amendment act. But issues like "Sarpanch-Pati Syndrome" still prevalent. In judiciary also, no single women till date became Chief Justice of India. The one who talks about women's development not want women led development. Women are not given same wages, facilities as per their male counterpart. Indian Women Cricket Team were not treated same the way BCCI treated the men's team. Most of the women, girl facing disease like Anaemia due to poor nutritional intake. Therefore, give them real power not only in letter but in spirit is necessary for their overall development. Women's are now walk parallel to men in all the field. Now, they are allowed to be a part of defence forces through NDA which are earlier dominated by the men. Emergence of various successful enterpreneur & politician women shows us that women are not only meant for household chores but also for the development of their own, family & the nation. We need to provide inclusive atmosphere & better education facility so that their base expands.

Education is also not inclusive. We're on one side well-equipped, qualified facility, better infrastructure on the other side We've damaged school (govt.) where students come mainly for mid-day meal scheme & teacher comes to rest & get govt. salary. Most govt. schools in India don't have functional toilet, clean, purified drinking water. Teachers are more interested in their tuition (private) which lead to alienation of wide section of people from education sector. School dropout ratio increasing. So, if we are looking for an equal India or ek bharat, shresth Bharat we need to be more inclusive not just for the people but also for the ideas.

We need not to fight for religion, superiority rather focus on overall development. This can be possible through as our PM said, "Sabka saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas".
