Thought is an idea or belief that begins in human mind. Thoughts helps in discovering the reality of world and transforming it. The whole world is the product of a man's thoughts. Thoughts can be compared to a seed which when sown in ground (mind) transforms into a plant through continuous nurturing in the form of fertilizers and water (efforts). Now, lets see how thoughts help to discover the world. First of all thoughts creates curiosity. The falling of apple down the tree created curiosity in the mind of newton and ultimately led him to discover the concept of gravity. The growth of mould in the lab of Alexander Flemming made him discover the first antibiotic, penicillin. Secondly, thoughts able a person to challenge the existing beliefs. When Galileo challenged the existing beliefs of sun rotating around the earth, it helped him to discover the alternate model of earth rotating around the sun. The helical model of DNA was also discovered after challenging all the previous models. Human mind continuously wander. Wandering mind helps to discover the truth. Wandering around the oceans made Magellan discover that the earth is round. All the mysteries regarding the space as well as deep oceans were discovered as a result of wandering.

The modern day transport in the form of bikes, cars, trains and aeroplanes is an attempt by humans to make him connect to rest of world in no time, invention of mobiles helps humans to talk to anyone while sitting in any part of the world whereas artificial intelligence has made the work of humans easy by automating the various jobs which required human skill and efforts. UPI and Aadhaar integration helps to deliver money directly in the accounts of beneficiaries reducing leakages & diversion. Further the challenge of case pile up and delayed justice was solved by humans in the form of e-courts. E-courts transformed from physical courts to virtual courts making justice affordable, accessible & efficient. Thoughts are also a reflection of innovative potential of human mind. Similarly, although thoughts has led to development of human beings but they have also posed environment challenges relating to pollution of air, water & soil.

In the present world, thoughts are very important in creating human capital for a country. Education helps in building scientific temper and rational thinking in humans required for transforming a nation's trajectory. But as we know knowledge without character is harmful. The same nuclear energy can be used for generating energy in one form of fission or fusion and the same energy can destroy the whole world through a nuclear bomb. So, education should also build moral competence in humans so that they transform into empathetic, compassionate and emotionally intelligent beings knowing the difference between right & wrong.
