What is "m-Power" in relation to the Central Industrial Security Force ?

The m-Power is a mobile application launched by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) as part of its digital governance initiatives. It is an employee-centric platform designed to facilitate the members of the force, particularly those deployed in remote locations. The application allows personnel to access their service-related information, including pay-related queries, salary slips, and GPF (General Provident Fund) details. Additionally, it provides a mechanism for personnel to register their grievances and track their status while on the move, thereby enhancing administrative transparency and welfare within the force. It is not the motto of the CISF, which is "Protection and Security" (Sanrakshan aur Suraksha).
