Question map
The lake Ontario and St. Lawrence of USA and Canada lie to the south-east of :
Explanation
Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River are key components of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Seaway system in North America [1]. Geographically, Lake Ontario is the easternmost of the Great Lakes, and the St. Lawrence River flows from its outflow toward the Atlantic Ocean . When examining the map of North America, Hudson Bay is a massive inland sea located in north-central Canada [5]. Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River are situated significantly to the south and east of Hudson Bay. Specifically, Hudson Bay lies at approximately 51° to 63° N latitude, while Lake Ontario is located around 43° N latitude. The Labrador Sea and Newfoundland are located to the north and east of the St. Lawrence estuary [5], and the Atlantic Ocean is the ultimate destination of the river's flow . Therefore, relative to Hudson Bay, these features lie in the south-east direction.
