{'monsoons': [2, 0, 0, 1], 'water vapour content': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'pollution': [3, 0, 1, 0], 'atmosphere': [1, 1, 4, 7], 'coastal waters': [1, 0, 1, 0]}

All three statements are correct.

Oceansat-2 is an Earth observation satellite launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in 2009. It is primarily designed to provide information on ocean features such as sea surface temperature, sea surface height, ocean color and wind speed and direction, but it also has some capabilities related to the atmosphere and coastal waters.

Estimating water vapor content in the atmosphere: Oceansat-2 carries a payload called the Atmospheric Science Instrument (ALS) that measures the water vapor content in the atmosphere, which is important for weather forecasting and climate studies.

Predicting onset of monsoons: Oceansat-2 data is also used in combination with other data sources to predict the onset of monsoons in India. The sea surface temperature data from Oceansat-2 is particularly useful for this purpose.

Monitoring pollution of coastal waters: Oceansat-2 data is also used to monitor the pollution of coastal waters, by detecting chlorophyll-a concentration and other indicators of water quality.
