The Dhammapada is a part of :
Explanation
The Dhammapada is one of the most widely known Buddhist scriptures, containing 423 verses attributed to the Buddha. It is the second book of the Khuddaka Nikaya ("Minor Collection"), which is the fifth and final division of the Sutta Pitaka (one of the three baskets of the Tipitaka).
The Sutta Pitaka consists of five Nikayas: Digha, Majjhima, Samyutta, Anguttara, and Khuddaka. The Khuddaka Nikaya is a diverse collection of 15 books (in the Theravada tradition) that includes the Dhammapada, Udana, Itivuttaka, and the Jatakas (stories of the Buddha's previous births). While both the Dhammapada and Jatakas are part of the Khuddaka Nikaya, they are separate texts. The Vinaya Pitaka is a different primary division focusing on monastic discipline, and the Majjhima Nikaya contains middle-length discourses.
