{'nuclear suppliers group': [0, 0, 3, 2], 'members': [37, 11, 44, 71], 'member': [22, 5, 20, 36], 'countries': [1, 0, 2, 6], 'india': [8, 1, 7, 13]}

The correct answer to this question is Option 1: "1 only".

The first statement is incorrect. The Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) is composed of 48 countries, not 24. These countries are committed to reducing nuclear proliferation by controlling the export of nuclear materials and related technology. The NSG was created following the Indian nuclear test in 1974.

The second statement is also wrong. Up until now, India is not a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group, despite its efforts to join the organization. While the US and several other countries back India`s membership, it has been blocked by others, such as China, over non-proliferation concerns (since India has not signed the NPT).

Thus, "1 only" is the correct answer as both statements are incorrect. This would also mean that Option 4 "Neither 1 nor 2" would be a plausible answer as well due to both statements being incorrect.
