India recently signed a `Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement` with the United Arab Emirates (Option 4), not with Egypt (Option 1), Israel (Option 2), or South Africa (Option 3). This agreement aims to promote economic cooperation between the two countries, by reducing trade barriers and enhancing investment flows in sectors of mutual interest, which would lead to increased bilateral trade and economic growth. Whereas, no such recent agreements have been reported between India and the countries listed in the other options. Therefore, Option 4 is the correct answer.
