The correct answer is I and II.

According to the Constitution of India, an amendment can be initiated by the following:

I. Lok Sabha: Amendments can be introduced in the Parliament by a member of the Lok Sabha (House of the People), which is the lower house of the Parliament.

II. Rajya Sabha: Amendments can also be introduced by a member of the Rajya Sabha (Council of States), which is the upper house of the Parliament.

III. State Legislatures: State Legislatures do not have the power to initiate amendments to the Constitution. However, they are involved in the process as some amendments require ratification by the Legislatures of at least half of the Indian states.
