{'ground floor': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'building': [1, 0, 2, 6], 'separate floor': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'most floor': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'storey': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'storeyed': [0, 0, 1, 0], 'ground': [2, 1, 4, 17]}

This question is about determining which statements provide sufficient information to know which of the five persons reside on the ground floor.

Option 1 suggests that statements I and III are sufficient. However, these only tell us where T, S, P, and R live, there`s no information about the person on the ground floor.

Option 2 suggests that statements II and III are sufficient, but again we only learn about where Q, S, P, and R live- we don`t know who lives on the ground floor.

Option 3 suggests that all statements are sufficient. Here we know T doesn`t live on the top floor, Q doesn`t live on the ground floor and S lives between P and R. But we still don`t know who lives on the ground floor.

Hence option 4 is correct because despite knowing all the statements, we cannot specifically determine who resides on the ground floor. All information given is insufficient to draw a conclusion, hence option 4 is the correct answer.
