St. Francis Xavier was indeed one of the founding members of the Jesuit Order (1st statement). St. Francis Xavier`s Feast is also an annual celebration held in Goa (3rd statement). However, the 2nd statement is incorrect. While St. Francis Xavier did spend significant time in Goa and there is indeed a church dedicated to him (the Basilica of Bom Jesus), he did not die there. He actually died off the coast of China, hence ruling out the options which include statement 2. Consequently, option 3, which includes only statements 1 and 3, stands correct.
