The National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) is not under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It is an office in the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India. The other departments listed, such as the Department of States, the Department of Official Language, and the Department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs, are under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
